Clifton Mill Rules and Regulations Page 6, Section 5 “Pets”

Dogs and Cats are to be licensed with all their shots as required by the Township Ordinances. Pets shall not be allowed to run free. All pets are to be kept on leashes while outside the unit/home. Owners are required to pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste. No pet is to be housed outside the unit. No more than two pets per household. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. For this purpose, excessive barking is defined as five consecutive minutes.

 Bordentown Township Code 6.08.160 “Running at Large”

No person owning, keeping or harboring any dog shall suffer or permit it to run at large upon the public streets or in any public park, or in any public building, or in any other public place within the township, nor to be upon public streets or in any of the public places of the township unless such dog is accompanied by a person over the age of (12) twelve years and is securely confined and controlled by an adequate leash not more than six feet long. (Prior code 7-1.16)

Every Day: June 22, 2019 through September 2, 2019 (subject to lifeguard (s) availability)

POOL CLOSES: Monday, September 2, 2019.

Hours of Operation: 11:00 am – 8:00 pm. Hours are subject to change. Residents will be notified


A pool / guest pass application is included in this mailing if you have plans to utilize the pool during the 2019 pool season. All pool information, form, and pool rules can be found on your Clifton Mill community website, www.cliftonmill.org. If you are only requesting stickers for the 2019 season you may also download the form and email it in to caroline@burlprop.com (please no photos via email).


APPLICATION DEADLINE: All pool / guest pass applications MUST be received by Burlington Property Services no later than May 15, 2019, if you would like your passes for the Pool opening day, May 25th.


Current year stickers will be provided to current residents, in good standing, as listed on their annual 2019 census, that complete and return the application. If you have not yet turned in your annual 2019 census please visit your community website and complete it on line or print it out and return it with your pool application. Per your communities By-Laws, the annual census is a requirement and residents will be considered in violation if one has not been returned for 2019.


            -If you have submitted an application and photo(s) in a previous year, your membership ID card(s) was returned to you and is your responsibility.

             -If there have been changes to your household, submit the attached application and required photo(s) and your Membership ID cards will be mailed to you.

 For new members, submit the attached application and required photo(s) and your membership ID cards will be mailed to you. The membership cards are your responsibility.

 Lost of misplaced Membership ID cards are subject to a  $5.00 replacement charge. Please contact BPS for replacement, a new picture will be required.


 Only four (4) guests will be permitted per household (Please note that this is subject to change).

  1. No free guests will be permitted. All guests will be required to use a pass purchased in advance. You will be required to use one pass per guest on all weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Children (4) four years old and under will be admitted free and they do not require a pass.
  1. Guest Passes must be purchased from the Association Manager (BPS) by check only made payable to Clifton Mill Community HOA. Anyone NOT listed on your annual census as residing at your residence should be considered a guest.

 Passes will be sold at $25.00 per pass – 10 entries into the pool per pass.

  • Passes are available by Mail ONLY, NO office pick up will be available and checks should be made payable to Clifton Mill Community HOA

 ***NOTE: Please allow time for Passes to be mailed back to you, 7-10 days. If you have not received your passes back within this time frame, please contact Caroline at the management office at 609-694-5444 as it will NEVER take longer than this. If your dues and/or Violations-fines are not current, your passes cannot be accepted for entry into the pool area. The Pool attendant(s) cannot accept payment, nor will they allow you to entire the pool. You must contact the management office on the next business day.



Tennis Court Opens for Play: April 15, 2019

 The 2019 Tennis season will run from April 15th through November 1st weather permitting. Open daily from 8:00am – 9:00pm or until dusk. The tennis courts are located directly adjacent to the Community pool. Please visit your community website, www.cliftonmill.org, for your application and Tennis information and Court rules.


If you already have a gate key and will be utilizing the courts during 2019 we ask that you please fill in your name and address on the enclosed Court Application and waiver and sign and date at the bottom of the page, to acknowledge that you understand and will abide by the 2019 Courts terms of use.


                                     PET WASTE & CLEAN UP STATIONS            

Please make sure that you pick up after your pets. Recently, there has been an increased incidence of individuals NOT cleaning up after their pets. Please be responsible and help keep the community looking nice for everyone. There are pet waste stations throughout the community for your convenience, please utilize them. All excrement must be removed from the common grounds immediately. Excrement cannot be placed in sewers or wooded areas for health reasons. Fines will be incurred if these guidelines aren’t followed.             


                 HOA Payment Dates

            HOA payments are due the 1st of each Month and are considered late if not received by the 15th of each month. Please make sure all dues are received by the 15th to avoid the $25.00 late fee per month per incidence. Thank you for your help in keeping your account current!
