It’s almost that time again. The pool will be reopening for the summer and we would like to provide some reminders to the residents about its use.
POOL CAPACITY WILL BE LIMITED TO 50 PEOPLE DUE TO THE PANDEMIC. Capacity is based on the total number of people within the gated pool area, regardless of swimming or not.
PLEASE NOTE: NO POOL PASSES WILL BE GIVEN OUT AT THE MANAGEMENT OFFICES-ALL POOL PASSES MUST BE REQUESTED AND DELIVERED VIA US POSTAL MAIL!!
Every resident that wants to use the pool during the 2021 season MUST COMPLETE and RETURN the required registration form (1 registration per address), sign the Facility use waiver (1 Waiver for each person age 18 and over) and REQUEST current year stickers for each full time residing resident of their family. THIS MAY BE COMPLETED ON LINE at your community website. If an individual is not listed as a resident on your Census they will NOT be issued a 2021 pass or stickers. If you have had changes in your household and have not yet completed or updated those changes on your census please do so. This is a good time of year to remember to do this. Visit your community website, www.cliftonmill.org , for the form and complete and submit it prior to submitting your Pool Registration & Waiver paperwork. The current year (2021) stickers MUST BE applied to the upper right hand corner of the photo pool pass. Please remove any/all previous year’s stickers.

NOTE: Non compliance with ANY of the pool rules can result in fines and/or loss of privileges!
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated!!
Outstanding fines, violations or failure to pay HOA dues will result in suspension of pool/tennis court use.
Upon entering the gate you will be asked to show your PHOTO Pool ID with the 2021 sticker applied to it. All residents MUST REPORT to the attendant desk to sign-in for contact tracing purposes. At this time, no guests will be permitted.
For your safety, please follow all instructions as provided by the pool attendant(s). Obey the pool safety guidelines as outlined in your “pool rules”. Proper swim attire must be worn at all times within the pool and pool area! Street clothes are not permitted!!
