In accordance with the By-Laws of The Commons at Clifton Mill Community Association, Inc., the Annual Election Meeting of the Association will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 8:00 PM at the pool house. The purpose of this meeting is to elect Two (2) members of your community to the Board of Directors.
If you are interested in offering your candidacy for the Board, please complete the mailed Candidate Profile Form and return it by email to caroline@burlprop.com, by mail to 6 Terri Lane, Suite 300, Burlington, NJ 08016 or fax to 609-845-1432 so that it is received on or before Friday, February 28, 2025.
The Election package will be mailed to all homeowners, along with proxy / ballots, on March 7, 2025. At that time, you will receive instructions regarding voting and the meeting.
