Important Owner/Resident Census Information

Each year the Association asks its homeowners/residents for help in maintaining the most up to date records for their home. Since the information that you provide is used in computing assessment credits, charges, and adjustments, it is critical that CHANGES ARE EDITED annually or any time there is a substantial change to any of the data. Please Note: The management office will hold and maintain all records on behalf of the Association, and ONLY those changes submitted, IN WRITING, will be considered to be valid.

We are offer the option of filling out the form online or printing out the form, filling it out and mailing it to Burlington Property Services.

If you would like to request a coupon book, check the box at the bottom of the Census update form and send a $5 check to cover the cost of the coupon book to BPS at the below address. It should be made out to Clifton Mill, please write “coupon book” in your memo field. Please make payment at the time of your request" and then keep the part about paying by credit card instead is fine.

Or,  in lieu of a check, an online payment of $5 may be made via credit or debit card through your community's "Pay Your Bill" link.

Friendly Reminder- Homeowners who have tenants residing at their property MUST, per your Community By-Laws, forward a copy of your tenant lease to the management office and ensure that at the expiration of any lease, a new one is forwarded for the new period.
