In accordance with the By-Laws of The Clifton Mill Community Association, Inc., the Annual Election Meeting of the Association will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 8:00 PM in the Clifton Mill Pool House Office, 100 Clifton Mill Drive, Bordentown, NJ. The purpose of this meeting is to elect three (3) members of the community to the Board of Directors. This is comprised of One (1) representative from the TOWNHOME section and two (2) representatives from the SINGLE HOME section of the community.
If you are interested in offering your candidacy for the Board, please complete the enclosed Candidate Profile Form, and return it by mail on or before Friday, March 22, 2019 to 6 Terri Lane, Suite 300, Burlington, NJ 08016, fax to 609-845-1432 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Election package will be mailed to all homeowners, along with proxy ballots, on or before March 25, 2019. At that time you will receive instructions for voting.
