Rabies Vaccination Clinic — 1/7/23

Our FREE Rabies Vaccination Clinic will be held on January 7, 2023 from 1-3 pm at the Senior Community Center at 3 Municipal Drive (entrance in rear of building).

No dog or cat licensing will be done at the clinic… only rabies vaccinations!

To receive a free rabies vaccination, complete the RABIES VACCINATION SHEET and provide it to the veterinarian. If you provide a self-addressed stamped envelope, the rabies vaccination certificate will be mailed to you by January 18. Otherwise, the rabies vaccination certificate will be emailed to you at the email address you provide.

LICENSING — JANUARY 1 TO JANUARY 31
Fees are $10 for spayed/neutered dogs and $13 for unspayed/unneutered dogs. After January 31, include a late fee of $5.

Mail the following to the Clerk’s office AFTER JANUARY 1:

o DOG LICENSE APPLICATION. DO NOT USE STAPLES!!

o Current Rabies Vaccination certificate* showing coverage through November 1.

o Proof of spaying/neutering* (if a new registration or newly spayed/neutered).

o Fee (check made payable to “Township of Bordentown”).

o Self-addressed, stamped envelope.

* The rabies vaccination certificate and proof of spaying/neutering will be returned to you by mail—along with your dog’s new license and tag.

If your dog is deceased or you have moved, please contact the office so our records can be updated. You can leave a voice message 24/7 at (609) 298-2800, Ext. 2104.

EMERGENCY CANCELLATION
In case conditions require the clinic to be cancelled, notices will be posted at bordentowntownship.com
