THE ACTUAL POOL OPENING DATE WILL BE DETERMINED BASED ON THE GUIDELINES FOR PUBLIC GATHERINGS AND TIMELINES OF THE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS. NOTICE WILL BE SENT/POSTED WHEN THIS INFORMATION BECOMES AVAILABLE. You may request your 2020 stickers/passes at any time, and should complete and submit a registration form, but passes will not be issued until such time as the opening date has been confirmed. Please see the enclosed Pool Season Information notice regarding the use of your 2019 passes/stickers until such time as you receive your 2020 stickers.

Weekends Only: May 23, 24, 25 & 30, 31; June 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 2020
Every Day: June 22, 2020 – September 7, (Labor Day) 2020 (subject to lifeguard (s) availability)
POOL CLOSES: Monday, September 7, 2020.

A pool / guest pass application is included in this mailing if you have plans to utilize the pool during the 2020 pool season upon its opening. All pool information, forms, and pool rules can be found on your Clifton Mill community website, www.cliftonmill.org. If you are only requesting stickers for the 2020 season you may also download the form and email it in to email@example.com (please no photos via email).
APPLICATION DEADLINE: NO deadline as 2019 passes/stickers will be utilized.
2019 year stickers will be utilized by current residents with existing passes/2019 stickers, in good standing, as listed on their census of record, that complete and return the pool registration. If you have not yet turned in your new or updated 2020 census please visit your community website and complete it on line or print it out and return it with your pool application. Per your communities By-Laws, the UPDATED census, if any changes within your household have occurred, is a requirement and residents will be considered in violation if one has not been returned for 2020, if applicable.
-If you have submitted an application and photo(s) in a previous year, your membership ID card(s) was returned to you and is your responsibility. Submit your completed pool registration and utilize your 2019 Stickers to gain entry to the pool.
-If there have been changes to your household, submit the attached application and required photo(s) and utilize your state photo ID or utility bill with your name and address for entry and your Membership ID cards will be mailed to you when the 2020 stickers are issued. Please Note changes clearly on your form.

Lost or misplaced Membership ID cards are subject to a $5.00 replacement charge. If you have lost your previous year’s pass/stickers please remit payment of $5.00 and submit your application and photo(s), but utilize your state photo ID or utility bill with your name and address for entry and your Membership ID cards will be mailed to you when the 2020 stickers are issued.

Only four (4) guests will be permitted per household (Please note that this is subject to change).
- No free guests will be permitted. All guests will be required to use a pass purchased in advance. You will be required to use one pass per guest on all weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Children (4) four years old and under will be admitted free and they do not require a pass.
NO NEW GUEST PASSES WILL BE ISSUED AT THIS TIME. Forms may be submitted with payment and will be issued once the opening date has been determined/confirmed in as timely a manner as possible. Existing pool guest passes with remaining entries will be honored at the pool gate.
Please follow the procedure below to request pool guest passes.
Guest Passes must be purchased from the Association Manager (BPS) by check only made payable to Clifton Mill Community HOA. Anyone NOT listed on your annual census as residing at your residence should be considered a guest.
Passes will be sold at $25.00 per pass – 10 entries into the pool per pass.

As a reminder, if your dues and/or Violations-fines are not current, your passes cannot be accepted for entry into the pool area. The Pool attendant(s) cannot accept payment, nor will they allow you to enter the pool. You must contact the management office on the next business day.
