How to Pay Your Association Fees

Over the Phone via Credit Card
You can pay your association fees by credit or debit card over the phone by calling our office Monday through Friday during normal business hours. One of our associates will take your card information over the phone, process your payment and email you a payment confirmation. Our office can also set up a recurring monthly credit card payment for you, if you would like for your card to be charged automatically each month, for the remainder of the year. Reach us at 609-694-5444. Please note that there are no additional fees for this payment option.
Online via Credit Card
This option will allow you to make a one time payment only. If you want to set up your payments to automatically charge the same credit card each month, use the option immediately below instead of this option.
Recurring Credit Card Payment
This option will allow you to make the currently due semi-annual payment and set up an automatic recurring charge to the same card in February and August of each following year. These payments will continue until you contact BPS and request that they be cancelled. Do not use this option if you do not want your credit card automatically charged each payment period.
As information, the Recurring Automatic Debit (reverse ACH) option is something else all together different, and the next hurdle we’ll be crossing. WIth a reverse ACH payment, you don’t use a credit/debit card at all, instead you supply the routing number and account number for your checking account and the bank automatically withdraws the payment each specified interval.

If you would like to have us send you a coupon book and make your payments with a check mailed to our office, please let us know. After taking your information, we will order a payment book that you will receive by US Mail. Please note that there will be a $5.00 charge applied to your first month’s payment, to cover the cost of the coupon book. Contact our office at 609-694-5444 to make these arrangements.
