We have recently noted some confusion regarding the colors that need to be used in repainting front doors and shutters within Clifton Mill. In the newest edition of the unified rules & regulations that were mailed to everyone earlier in the year (also available on cliftonmill.org on line), the specific colors are referenced for The Clusters, The Colony and The Commons.
There are 4 colors listed for The Clusters and Commons doors and shutters alike, whereas there are 4 colors for doors and 4 different colors for shutters for The Colony. It is important to remember, you are not free to select any of these 4 colors, rather you must repaint with the original color for your unit, which will be the same as the rest of the units in your building.
