In accordance with the By-Laws of The Colony at Clifton Mill Community Association, Inc., the Annual Election Meeting of the Association will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 8:00 PM in the Clifton Mill Pool House Office, 100 Clifton Mill Drive, Bordentown, NJ. The purpose of this meeting is to elect Three (3) members of your community to the Board of Directors.
If you are interested in offering your candidacy for the Board, please complete the enclosed Candidate Profile Form, and return it by mail on or before Wednesday, March 4, 2020 to 6 Terri Lane, Suite 300, Burlington, NJ 08016, fax to 609-845-1432 or email to caroline@burlprop.com.
The Election package will be mailed to all homeowners, along with proxy ballots, on or before March 9, 2020. At that time you will receive instructions for voting.
