HOA Payment Date Reminder

HOA payments are due the 1st of each Month and are considered late if not received by the 15th of each month. With the Property Management transition now complete, please make sure all dues are received by the 15th beginning with your May 1st payment to avoid the after the 15th, $25.00 late fee.
