Dear Clifton Mill Homeowner,

BPS is excited to announce that we’re transitioning to a new and improved homeowner association (HOA) platform. This change will provide you greater convenience and access to your account information.  All homeowners currently paying by credit or debit card or any other means set up through the cliftonmill.org website must sign up for this new system.  If you currently pay by another means other than something accessed through the cliftonmill.org website, either through mailing a paper check or through your bank’s online bill pay system, you can continue to use those payment methods for as long as you care to and only need to sign up within the PayHOA system if you want to gain access to online account information and other new, self-service features.

Key Dates to Remember:

  • Effective Immediately: You are about to receive an activation email for our new system called PayHOA. You can now sign in to the new platform and view your account details. We encourage you to set up automatic payments (AutoPay) for your HOA dues at your earliest convenience.
  • January 1, 2025: This is the official start date for account balances on the new system. Before that date, your account balance may not be updated.
  • January 30, 2025: All existing AutoPay arrangements through the old Stripe and Clover systems will be deactivated. Please ensure that you have set up new AutoPay instructions on the new platform by this date to avoid any payment disruptions.

  • Report HOA Violations: Conveniently report any HOA violations to Burlington Property Services using the built-in form on the new platform.
  • See and Resolve Violations: Stay informed about any violations on your account and take necessary action to resolve them, including making payments.
  • Messaging: send and receive messages between you and BPS without leaving the platform.
