Now that we’ve been using PayHOA for a year or so, we’ve started to create a resource library for you that contains workflows and help on how to navigate different aspects of PayHOA, as well as what you should include in an ECO request and some helpful tips about tree and shrub maintenance.
Did you know that we have a maintenance request form to report any issues that you want brought to the management company’s attention? This form will notify everyone who works for BPS, and not just Bo. We can respond to it and track it more easily, hopefully resulting in a timely response and resolution.
