Coming in 2024
The Clusters board is anticipating 2 projects in the coming year:
First, as we have done several times before, we will be trimming back all of the common area trees within the Clusters.
Second, in conjunction with the Colony and Commons, we will be applying asphalt rejuvenator to all of our streets and restriping them. We have done this faithfully on roughly a 5 year cycle, and it is the reason that all of our original asphalt is still in such good shape after all these years!
